Anger isn’t the problem. What happens next is.
Every teen gets angry. It’s a normal human emotion, and sometimes it’s a sign that something really is unfair. The trouble starts when anger turns into yelling, fighting, or shutting down, and the fallout lands at school, at home, or in court.
This course doesn’t tell teens to stop feeling angry. It shows them what’s happening in their body and mind, helps them spot their own triggers, and gives them simple tools to respond in ways that help them instead of hurting them. The lessons are written in a teen’s language, with real-life examples about friends, family, school, and social media.
